About the Role

The Marketing Manager for our Industries Business Unit will drive and execute marketing efforts that focuses on a range of industry application like, waterworks, data centres, breweries, food processing, building drying, just to name a few in the Danish and German market.

You’ll be the go-to person for supporting our growing global partner network with product marketing material, planning our annual partner conference (next up: Norway!), Danish industry events and executing digital campaigns to help grow both our direct sales and our partner sales.

You understand basic design principles across digital and print media to either create great content or brief one of our external agencies.

You'll be based in our HQ in Viby, work closely with our Sales and Product teams and report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner Marketing: Create lead generation campaigns and branded content for our network of resellers and distributors
• Event Management: Lead logistics and communications for Cotes' Annual Partner Conference and other live/online partner events
• Campaign Planning & Execution in Denmark (LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads): Localise and launch B2B digital campaigns for our industry units including the award-winning CL26 dehumidifier (Red Dot Award) – www.cotes.com/TheRedDotAward
• Website & CRM Work: Build landing pages and lead flows using HubSpot and support CRM processes
• Content Creation: Develop clear and compelling content in German, Danish, and English—from social posts and digital campaigns to newsletters and sales support material
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report campaign KPIs, in close collaboration with our digital marketing team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (industrial or partner marketing experience is a plus)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish is required. German fluency is a big plus.
• Experience with HubSpot (CMS and CRM) or other CRM systems, and B2B social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google)
• Skilled in technical and value-based content creation
• Structured, hands-on, and curious by nature—able to manage your own campaigns from concept to conversion
• A genuine interest in climate tech, clean industry, or sustainability
• Someone who proactively takes responsibility and initiative for their area
• Willing to learn and sail uncharted territories
